Ruleset 1.1: Season Framework

This ruleset turns the game-plan document into a WordPress-owned editorial object. It is versioned so public pages can show the active rule set while older rules remain archived.

• No public page exposes exact player coordinates, hidden markers, inventories, private economy balances or staff-only moderation notes.
• Stats shown on the website must be delayed, aggregated or staff-approved.
• Season changes are published as ruleset revisions, not overwritten silently.
