Payments, Delivery & Cancellations
Seller, prices and payment
United Factions supporter packs are supplied by iWally IT. Full business and customer-service details are on the Business & contact page.
- All consumer prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
- A supporter pack is a monthly digital subscription. The checkout shows the pack, Minecraft recipient, current monthly price, payment method and total before payment.
- The first payment is charged when the order is placed. The subscription then renews automatically each month at the disclosed interval until it is cancelled.
- Any future price change will be communicated before it takes effect. A customer may cancel before the changed price is charged.
Digital delivery
No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charge applies. After the payment provider confirms the first payment, the purchased supporter entitlement is queued for the Minecraft username selected at checkout. Delivery is normally automatic and should appear promptly in game. The order and delivery state can be followed under My Account → Orders.
If the entitlement has not appeared within 24 hours, contact [email protected] or open a private ticket. We will correct the delivery or provide the remedy required by law. An invalid username, a username that already has an active supporter pack, or a transport safety check may require manual review.
For a gift, the recipient entered at checkout receives the entitlement. That recipient remains attached to the subscription and its renewals. Check the spelling before paying.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly supporter subscription online at any time under My Account → Supporter pack. You may also cancel by emailing [email protected] or by opening a private ticket. Include the order number and purchase email address.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. The supporter entitlement normally remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period. There is no separate cancellation fee.
14-day withdrawal period
A consumer who buys online normally has a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from the day after the subscription agreement is confirmed. No reason is required. Use the clearly available Withdraw a purchase form or contact us by email. We record the request date and send a confirmation.
If you ask us to start the digital service during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, applicable consumer law determines whether a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be due. We do not restrict any mandatory withdrawal or consumer right.
Refunds and payment problems
Contact us promptly about a duplicate or unauthorised payment, incorrect charge, failed delivery or service that does not work as described. We will investigate, correct the service where possible and refund any amount required by law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
A community moderation action does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse or unauthorised gifting may be investigated and can lead to an account or entitlement hold while the payment issue is reviewed.
