Consumers can use this form to tell iWally IT that they are withdrawing a United Factions purchase during the applicable statutory withdrawal period. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to be logged in.

What happens next?

We record the date and time of your request and send an automatic confirmation to the purchase email address. Customer service then checks the order, stops the service where applicable and confirms any refund or other remedy due under consumer law.
