Your first hour

Take the first hour slowly. Read the rules, find the claim system, join people you trust, and keep your good items out of risky places until you know the server.

Short version

Territory Lands claims

A faction is a Lands land. Learn chunks, roles, upkeep and relations before you expand.

Money Gold you carry

Your personal money is vanilla gold in your inventory. Carry it into danger and you can lose it.

Safety Roles beat walls

A bad invite can do more damage than a cannon. Give trust in small steps.

First base Small is fine

Start with a claim, storage, exit route and permission check. The huge vault can wait.

How it works in-game

  1. Read the rules and join Discord before you make promises to another faction.
  2. Create or join a land, then verify exactly where the claimed chunks begin and end.
  3. Treat gold, storage and recruit permissions as raidable systems, not website numbers.

What to do

  1. Join the server, read the short rules, and keep starter items on you until you know where your first base will be.
  2. Use the faction/claim menu before building. A claimed chunk is the basic unit of protection; a pretty base outside a claim is just public terrain.
  3. Create or join a faction with people you trust. Give high permissions slowly, because one careless role can do more damage than an enemy cannon.
  4. Start small: a hidden storage room, an exit route, and a replaceable outer shell are better than one huge visible base with every item inside.

The safe order

Connect, read rules, choose allies, claim land, lock down roles, then build. New players often reverse this order and build first; that creates easy raid targets and staff tickets.

What to ask before joining a faction

Ask who owns claims, who can invite, who can open containers, who can declare wars, and what happens if someone leaves. A faction is mostly a trust system with blocks around it.

Check this first

  • You know where your claimed chunks start and end.
  • Only trusted players have build/container permissions.
  • You have at least one exit route and one fallback storage spot.
